Select your gift entering the order reference number along with the amounts.

Complete and sign the form.

We mail out all our parcels by registered post or by Business post. By doing this we can assure you that your gifts reach you safely. We will try to send your order within five working days subject to availability due to online sale orders taken each day. If any item is out of stock, we will email you with an approximate delivery date and you will have the option to cancel the order you have placed if you would rather not wait.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING :

Refunds - Within 28 days. All goods must be returned in original packaging.If you are dissatisfied with your goods for any reason, please call our office where we will be happy to exchange them or refund you. Please note however, that we cannot accept items that have been customer damaged. All items are inspected prior to delivery to you the customer to ensure your gift items reach you in perfect condition. Costs for any returns to us lie solely with you the customer. This does not affect your rights. All prices are valid subject to VAT changes. The right of a price increase remains at the discretion of MAJESTIC GIFTS LTD.

• All items remain the property of Majestic Gifts Ltd until paid for in full.
• All items will be mailed out recorded delivery.
• All shortage or faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
• VAT included in cost of item.
