Refunds - Within 28 days. All goods must be returned in original packaging.If you are dissatisfied with your goods for any reason, please call our office where we will be happy to exchange them or refund you. Please note however, that we cannot accept items that have been customer damaged. All items are inspected prior to delivery to you the customer to ensure your gift items reach you in perfect condition. Costs for any returns to us lie solely with you the customer.
